Fixes
- Fixed onboarding so a change request email is only sent to the administrator when an employee changes their job or manager.
- Fixed org chart so users without permission to manage users can still navigate the chart.
- Fixed job validation so competencies added to a job through a competency survey appear.
- Fixed the "Jobs not updated" status so it doesn’t appear if only archived jobs are affected.
- Fixed the group filter in career ladders so archived groups don’t display.
- Truncated long challenge names so they don’t prevent scrolling in the challenge switcher.
