I forgot my username or password

Learn how to reset your password from the Login page or contact your administrator to find out your username

Username

Email addresses are often used as usernames. If that doesn't work, contact your CompetencyCore administrator to find out your username.

Password

1. Go to the login page of your CompetencyCore site.
2. Click the Forgot your password link. 
3. Enter your email and click Send. 
4. Click the link in the email.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.
6. Click Submit.

If you don't receive the email, first check your junk folder and then contact your site administrator.
