Please contact the software administrator in your organization if you’re having difficulties.

If you’re an administrator and need help solving a software issue, send an email to support@competencycore.com. You’ll get a reply right away with your support ticket number. To add any extra detail to your request or question, just reply to the email. A Customer Support Specialist will follow up with you as soon as possible.
